MINDSET & PERFORMANCE COACH
You Know Something Has to Change.
Let's Figure it Out.
Mindset & Performance Coaching for professionals navigating major transitions and people rebuilding after recovery — who are ready to stop spinning and start moving.
Something shifted. A career, a relationship, a rock bottom, a realization. You're not who you used to be — but you're not sure who you're becoming either.
That gap is exactly where we work.
I'm Jordan Murphy — ICF ACC Certified Mindset and Performance Coach, working actor, and 12+ years in recovery. I help driven people get clear on who they are now, rebuild the confidence to act on it, and create a life that actually fits.
Not therapy. Not a 12-step meeting. Coaching — honest, practical, and built around you.

Why I do this work
I've sat where you're sitting. I know what it feels like to have built a life that looks fine from the outside and feel completely lost on the inside.
My own turning point came through recovery — and what I found there wasn't just sobriety. It was a way of seeing myself clearly for the first time. That clarity changed everything. The work I do now exists because I want that for you too.
Not the version of you that's managing.
The version that's actually moving.
About Jordan Murphy
Jordan Murphy is an ICF ACC Certified Coach - Mindset & Performance, recovery mentor, and working actor with over two decades of experience in front of the camera and inside the coaching room. Drawing from his own journey through long-term sobriety, group facilitation in treatment centers, and personal development work with frameworks like Internal Family Systems and Landmark Worldwide, Jordan helps clients break through limiting beliefs, reconnect to their power, and create meaningful change from the inside out. My coaching is rooted in Connection, Growth, Freedom, Mindfulness, and Joy — the values that shaped my own recovery and guide every session I lead.

My Approach
Empathy
Empathy is the heartbeat of my approach. Whether you’re navigating recovery, rebuilding your confidence, or just feeling stuck, I meet you where you are—without judgment, without a script. Just honest support, human to human.
Personalization
There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to growth. Every session is shaped around you—your patterns, your goals, your pace. This isn’t about giving advice. It’s about helping you hear your own.
Compassionate Acountability
The combination of values and method is what makes this work feel real, human, and sustainable — not just a temporary boost, but real inner momentum.
I’ll always root for you—but I’ll also challenge you. Growth means facing hard truths sometimes, and I won’t sugarcoat that. But I’ll walk through it with you, with compassion and clarity, helping you stay aligned with the version of yourself you’re committed to becoming.
Ways I Can Support You
Mindset Coaching for Life Transitions
Career pivots. Identity shifts. Empty nests. Reinvention at any age. If you're standing at a crossroads and the old map doesn't work anymore, this is where we start. We'll get clear on who you are now, what you actually want, and build the confidence to go after it — without the noise of everyone else's expectations in the way.
Recovery & Rebuilding Coaching
Whether you're early in sobriety, returning after a relapse, or years in and still feeling stuck — recovery is only the beginning. I bring 11+ years of lived experience, group facilitation, and tools drawn from IFS, Landmark, and 12-step work. We don't just work on staying sober. We work on building a life worth staying sober for.
THE FRAMEWORK
The C.L.E.A.R Method
How We Do the Work
Most people don't lack motivation. They lack clarity. The C.L.E.A.R. Method is the framework I use with every client — built from years of coaching, recovery work, and personal development — to help you move from stuck to steady, one honest step at a time.
C
Clarity
Get honest about where you are and what's actually in the way.
L
Letting Go
Release the stories, identities, and patterns that stopped serving you.
E
Expansion
Stretch into who you're becoming — with support, not pressure.
A
Aligned Action
Take steps that actually match your values, not someone else's blueprint.
R
Resilience
Build the internal foundation to keep moving when it gets hard.
This isn't a formula. It's a direction. And we move through it together.

Frequently Asked Questions
What services do you offer?
I offer one-on-one mindset and performance coaching for professionals navigating major life transitions and people rebuilding after recovery. We work together using the C.L.E.A.R. Method — a structured, personalized approach to getting clear on who you are now, rebuilding confidence, and taking aligned action. Sessions are available as a single Breakthrough Session or a 90-day C.L.E.A.R. Accelerator program.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Hit the "Book a Free Call" button anywhere on this site. It takes you directly to my calendar — pick a time that works and I'll see you there. No forms, no runaround.
What can I expect during a session?
Honest conversation, real coaching tools, and zero judgment. We focus on what's most alive for you that day — whether that's a pattern you can't shake, a decision you keep avoiding, or a next step you're scared to take. I'm not here to give you a pep talk. I'm here to help you see clearly and move.
Is this therapy?
No — and that distinction matters. Therapy is clinical, past-focused, and designed to heal. Coaching is present-focused, action-oriented, and designed to move you forward. I'm not a licensed therapist and I don't work that way. If it ever feels like therapy is the better fit for what you're navigating, I'm happy to have that conversation and connect you with people I trust.
